Joy Makers Playlist: September

This FindJoy Friday is a little extra special because we’re partnering with one of our favorite Joy Makers, the @jklivinfoundation.  Their goal is to empower high school students by providing them with the tools to lead active & healthy lives. 

Their program manager, @leeclaybang, put together a playlist designed to create Joy.  It’s full of good vibes to help you shake self judgement & get back to loving yourself.  If you need just a little extra help, here’s Leon’s favorite quote on the matter.
